1. What kind of a hotel is it?

Residence Troya hotel is a mid range hotel, located at the industrial part of Samara city. The hotel is about 45 minutes drive from international airport “Kurumoch” and is also easily accessible by public transport. Much care and attention is given to comfort and homely feeling for people who come to our city for business trip and travelling.

2. Where is RT located?

Residence Troya hotel is located at the Soviet region of the city, at Sredne-Sadovaya st. and in 3 minutes walk from the metro station “Pobeda”, from where you can easily in 25 minutes can reach the center of Samara. The majority of factories and enterprises are located at the industrial part of our city and close to the hotel RT. Not far from our hotel restaurants of different cuisine are placed such as: restaurant “Fon Vacano” (European cuisine), “U Shveika” (Czekh cuisine), “Vakhtanguri” (Georgia cuisine) and many others. That is why our location is very convenient for business people and also for travellers.

3. How long is the reception open?

The reception is open 24 hours.

4. What are the check in/check out times?

The check-in time at the hotel is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00. The hotel can offer for the guests early check-in and late check-out in case of having vacant rooms.

5. In which currencies do you accept payments?

We accept payments only in Russian roubles.

6. Are the rates shown on this website per room or per person?

The rates shown on this website are per person. They include breakfast. The hotel offers also accommodation on half board basis and it is extra of charge. When you make your reservation we’ll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you’ve requested.

7. When do I pay my bill?

In most cases, you’ll be asked to pay for your stay when you check-in. In some cases we give you the option to pay for your stay when you are making your booking. In this case you won’t need to pay on arrival.

8. What kinds of rooms are available?

We have the following types of rooms available at the hotel:

-deluxe rooms (max 4 pax)
- standard rooms (max 2 pax)
- family rooms (max 4 pax)

11. I’ve made an online booking how do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

If you made an on-line booking you should write down your telephone number or email in our booking form. Our reservation department will send you a confirmation email or will make you a call.

12. How far in advance can I book?

You can make booking up to 6 months in advance.

13. Is it possible to stay at the hotel with pets?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in The Residence Troya Hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.

14. Is internet access available?

Wireless and Broadband internet service available at the hotel.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please do so by 12pm 2 days before you are due to arrival. If you make you cancellation after 2 days on arrival day, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation. If you have booked a room for more than 1 night and need to cancel your final night’s booking, please do so by 12 noon on the day before you want to depart.
