We accept payments only in Russian roubles.
The rates shown on this website are per room. They include breakfast. The hotel offers also accommodation on half board basis and it is extra of charge. When you make your reservation we’ll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you’ve requested.
In most cases, you’ll be asked to pay for your stay when you check-in. In some cases we give you the option to pay for your stay when you are making your booking. In this case you won’t need to pay on arrival.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please do so by 12pm 2 days before you are due to arrival. If you make you cancellation after 2 days on arrival day, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation. If you have booked a room for more than 1 night and need to cancel your final night’s booking, please do so by 12 noon on the day before you want to depart.
